Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead and grow our sales development team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales development representatives.
- Develop strategies to find new leads and potential customers.
- Help the team qualify leads and pass them to the sales team.
- Train and guide team members on outreach techniques and product knowledge.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
