Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated and experienced Unit Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of sales representatives. The role involves planning, guiding, and monitoring the team’s sales activities to achieve business targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Set sales targets for the team and ensure they are achieved.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to expand market reach.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Track sales data and prepare reports for management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
