Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Manager to oversee and manage our insurance operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of insurance products and excellent team leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the insurance sales team to meet business targets.
• Develop strategies to grow the client base and increase policy sales.
• Handle high-value client accounts and provide expert policy advice.
• Ensure compliance with industry laws and company guidelines.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
