Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Officer – BFSI to promote and sell financial products such as loans, insurance, and investment plans. The role requires strong customer interaction, product knowledge, and target achievement skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sell banking, and life insurance, products
• Meet assigned sales targets through field visits, leads, or referrals
• Explain product features, benefits, terms, and pricing to customers
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Maintain strong customer relationships for cross-selling and renewals
• Follow up with leads and ensure proper documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
