Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and target-driven Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, offer personalized solutions, and help grow our business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
• Understand client needs and offer suitable products/services
• Achieve individual sales and relationship targets
• Handle client queries, concerns, and provide prompt support
• Cross-sell banking, financial, or insurance products
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
