Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Team Leader to supervise and guide the sales team. You will help the team achieve sales targets, provide training, and support their growth for better performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team to achieve targets
• Motivate and coach team members regularly
• Monitor individual and team performance
• Assist in developing sales strategies and plans
• Conduct training and development sessions for the team
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
