We are hiring a Banca Sales Officer to drive life insurance sales through our partnered bank branches. The role involves building strong customer relationships, generating business, and ensuring excellent client servicing within the banking channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with bank staff to identify potential customers and generate leads.
Achieve sales targets by promoting life insurance products to bank customers.
Maintain good relationships with branch managers and staff to maximize business opportunities.
Provide customers with policy information and assist in the application process.
Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI sales preferred (Banking/Finance/Insurance).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and willing to work in the field.
