Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, guide, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve targets.
Drive new business acquisition through field sales and client meetings.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly sales goals.
Provide training, mentoring, and on-field support to team members.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for business growth.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory.
2–4 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in team handling .
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with proven ability to manage a sales team.
