Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Outside Sales Manager to lead a team of field sales representatives. The role involves developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through on-the-ground efforts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of outside sales representatives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Visit clients and conduct regular field sales activities.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
