Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will drive the team to meet targets, support daily operations, and ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and support a team of sales representatives.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for the team.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Develop sales strategies to improve performance and achieve targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them promptly.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
