Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager – BFSI to lead and grow our sales team. The role involves driving revenue, developing sales strategies, managing a team, and ensuring excellent client service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives or advisors.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet business targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular coaching to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
  • Graduation Completion
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Preferred local candidate
