Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Sales Supervisor- BFSI to oversee and support our BFSI sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial product sales, team coordination, and a strong focus on achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of sales executives to meet sales goals.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure proper follow-ups.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
- Track team performance and share regular updates with management.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high service standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
