Job Description

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate has to supervise and guide a team of sales executives selling insurance products.
Ensure sales targets are met and team performance is optimized.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives
• Assign sales targets and monitor daily performance
• Provide training, and motivation to team members
• Assist the team in resolving customer queries or objections
• Track sales activities and prepare performance reports
• Help in identifying new business opportunities

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
