Job Description

Job Summary:

The candidate has to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets also support team members in day-to-day sales activities and help in achieving their targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the sales team
• Set daily and monthly sales goals
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback
• Train new sales staff and support their development
• Resolve customer issues and support sales efforts
• Report sales results to management

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
