Job Description

Job Summary:

The candidate ahs to generate leads, convert them, and achieve sales targets by Building and maintain strong customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Approach potential customers in the field
• Promote and sell insurance products to customers based on their needs.
• Explain product features and benefits clearly
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Maintain daily sales records and reports

Key Skills Required

• Good communication and selling skills
• Basic knowledge of BFSI products
• Customer-focused and target-driven
• Fieldwork readiness and self-motivation

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
