Job Description
Corporate Agency Manager is responsible for building and managing a network of corporate agents to drive insurance product sales.
Responsibility:
- Drive sales through the corporate agency channel to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor agent performance and provide coaching and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the agency network.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product updates, marketing support, and operational needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Requirement:
- Graduation is compulsory
- 1+ years of sales experience required.
- Local Candidate hire first.
- Ability to sales insurance product.
