Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated Team Leader – Sales for our Dahod branch. The role involves leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and guide a team of sales executives.
Drive consistent sales performance and achieve targets.
Maintain strong client relationships.
Plan and implement sales strategies effectively.
Provide training, support, and performance monitoring.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of sales experience (any sector).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to handle pressure.
Graduation preferred.
