Job Summary:
The candidate is responsible for managing and guiding the field sales team to drive sales growth, meet targets, and build strong customer relationships through on-site visits and market presence.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field sales team
- Set and track sales targets
- Visit clients and manage on-ground sales activities
- Train and support sales representatives
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and performance reviews
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
