Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
• Conduct training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
• Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Candidates Requirements :

• Graduation is mandatory
•  Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing
•  Strong Communication Skills.
