Job Description

Job Summary:

The candidate has to generate lead, motivate and manage a team of sales reps to achieve target.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Set, monitor and achieve sales targets for the territory.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, customer feedback
• Report sales performance, forecasts sales report.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
