Job Summary:
The candidate has to monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance skills. And lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Set clear sales goals and monitor progress.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback and guidance to team members.
- Collaborate with sales team to align sales strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
