Job Description
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate has to drive sales growth by managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.
Key Roles:
- Train and motivate sales staff to meet targets
- Track sales performance and report to management
- Assist in lead generation and client follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with BFSI regulations and policies
- Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
