Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales and Insurance Manager to lead our sales team and manage insurance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Promote and sell insurance products
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and provide the right insurance solutions
- Ensure timely policy renewals and documentation
- Train and support sales advisors
- Maintain good relationships with clients and partners
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
