Job Summary:

We are looking for a candidate who is responsible for recruiting and managing a team of insurance advisors to achieve sales targets. Drives business growth through effective team leadership and customer relationship management.

Key Roles:

• Recruit and manage insurance agents/advisors
• Train agents to sell insurance products
• Help the team achieve sales targets
• Monitor and support agent performance
• Plan and implement sales strategies
• Build strong customer and agent relationships
• Ensure all work follows company policies

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
