Senior Sales Officer

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior Sales Officer to drive sales, build customer relationships, and support the sales team in achieving targets. You will also help train and guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell insurance products/services to customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Identify new sales opportunities in the market
• Guide and support junior sales staff
• Share daily reports with the sales manager

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
