Job Description
The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and growing the agency/agent network. This includes recruiting and training agents, ensuring sales performance, coaching agents to improve productivity, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The goal is to expand reach, achieve revenue targets, and maintain high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit & onboard agency partners
Train agents on products, sales process & compliance
Monitor agent performance and coach for improvement
Set & achieve sales & growth targets via agency channel
Collaborate with marketing & operations to support agent success
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing or related)
2-7 years experience in sales / agency/channel development
Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
Target-driven, analytical, and customer focused
