Role Overview:
The Field Executive will be responsible for generating business through direct customer engagement, building local networks, and ensuring achievement of sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales and field visits to promote products/services
- Identify potential clients and generate leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Report progress and market insights to the reporting manager
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently in a field environment
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, or B2C sales is a plus
Preference: Local candidates from MP with prior field experience
