Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Unit Sales Manager to lead a team of sales agents, drive sales performance, and achieve business targets for a specific unit or area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales agents
• Achieve sales targets for the assigned unit
• Monitor and support team performance
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Prepare regular sales reports

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
