Sales Team Leader

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for candidate who is responsible for leading a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the sales team to meet goals.
• Train, motivate, and support team members.
• Monitor daily sales performance and share reports.
• Help resolve customer issues and close key deals.
• Ensure team follows company sales processes and policies.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
