Job Description

Job Summary:

The candidate has to be responsible for leading a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team.
• Set and monitor team sales targets.
• Train and support team members to improve performance.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Prepare and share daily or weekly sales reports.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
