Job Summary:

Manage and grow insurance sales by leading a team, building client relationships, and ensuring targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the insurance sales team.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
