Responsible for managing sales and insurance operations, leading a team, and achieving business targets through customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Promote and sell insurance products.
- Develop sales plans to increase sales and market reach.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.

- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
