Position: Sales Executive / Sales Officer
Industry: Insurance / BFSI
Location: Rajasthan (Chittorgarh)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2 Year in Field Sales (Insurance or BFSI preferred)
CTC: Up to ₹5.50 LPA + Attractive Incentives + Benefits
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Promote various insurance products and provide complete policy information to clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports to management.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in insurance or BFSI sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Local candidates preferred with good market knowledge.
