Position: Sales Officer / Relationship Manager
Location: Banswara, Rajasthan
Industry: Insurance / BFSI / Field Sales
Experience: Minimum 2–3 Years (Insurance or Field Sales background preferred)
Qualification: Any Graduate
CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives + Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and manage potential customers and channel partners in the local market.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct and team efforts.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term association.
• Promote insurance and financial products as per company guidelines.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase visibility.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Strong local network and understanding of the Banswara market.
