Sales Job – Urgent Hiring (Insurance Sector | Chittorgarh, Rajasthan)

Position: Sales Executive / Relationship Manager
Location: Chittorgarh, Rajasthan
Industry: Insurance / BFSI / Field Sales
Experience: Minimum 2–3 Years (Insurance or BFSI Sales Experience Required)
Qualification: Any Graduate
CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives + Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Acquire and manage customers for life and health insurance products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct and channel sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct field visits, meetings, and promotional activities in the local market.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction and policy servicing support.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in Insurance / BFSI / Field Sales is mandatory.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at relationship building.
• Knowledge of the Chittorgarh market preferred.
