Channel Sales Manager – Rajasthan (Jaisalmer)

Position: Channel Sales Manager
Location: Jaisalmer, Rajasthan
Industry: Insurance / BFSI / Agency Channel
Experience: Minimum 3–5 Years (Insurance / Channel Sales experience mandatory)
Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
CTC: Up to ₹5.00 LPA + Lucrative Incentives + Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the agency channel in the assigned region.
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of agents/advisors to achieve sales targets.
• Drive business growth through effective channel management and customer acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and key customers.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of branch and regional goals.
• Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and training sessions.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience in insurance or channel sales.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong local market knowledge (Jaisalmer and nearby areas).
• Goal-oriented with a focus on performance and team development.
