Job Description

Job Summary:

The candidate is responsible for driving sales growth in the  Insurance sector. Leads a team of sales executives, develops business opportunities, and ensures sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with sales teams to support sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.
