Job Description

Summary:
We are hiring a Direct Sales Manager to manage daily sales activities, guide the team, and meet company revenue targets through effective business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to perform at their best.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Identify market opportunities and new customer segments.
  • Review and report sales data regularly.

Requirements:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of sales and marketing experience.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven record of achieving consistent results.
