The candidate is responsible for managing insurance sales and operations, developing business, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Recruit a sales team
- Achieve insurance sales targets.
- Manage and support the sales team.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
