Job Summary:
The ideal candidate is responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Duties:
- Supervise and guide the sales team.
- Set and monitor sales targets.
- Train and support team members.
- Track performance and prepare reports.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
What We Require:
- Minimum 2+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
