Job Description

Job Summary:

The candidate is responsible for driving sales growth in the insurance segment by acquiring new customers, managing relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the outbound sales team.
• Plan and execute outbound calling strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor sales track.
• Generate new leads and convert them into customers
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

What We Require: 

• Minimum 3+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
