Job Description

Job Summary:

The Agency Sales Officer is responsible for promoting company products/services, generating sales, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves field visits, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets. 

Key Roles:

• Recruit and train agents for selling insurance products.
• Guide and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.
• Support agents in field visits and customer meetings.
• Help agents generate leads and close sales.
• Maintain good relationships with agents and customers.

What We Require: 

• Minimum 3+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
