Job Summary:

The Insurance Manager is responsible for promoting company products/services, generating sales, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves field visits, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets. 

Key Roles:

• Lead and manage the insurance sales team.
• Set sales targets and ensure the team meets them.
• Guide and train team members on sales techniques.
• Generate leads and explore new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.

What We Require: 

• Minimum 3+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
