Job Summary:
The Agency Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing agency partners/agents to achieve sales targets and grow the business in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new agents.
- Train and guide agents to improve sales performance.
- Monitor daily sales activities and help achieve monthly targets.
- Build strong relationships with agents and customers.
- Prepare sales reports and share with manager.
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
