Area Sales Manager – Delhi (Field Sales)
Location: Delhi
Experience: 1-2 Years in Field Sales (Insurance/BFSI Preferred)
Qualification: Graduate mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned Delhi zone.
- Drive field sales through channel partners, advisors, and local network.
- Recruit, train & manage the on-ground sales team.
- Monitor daily field activity, market visits, and competitor tracking.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners to increase business.
- Ensure 100% policy quality, documentation accuracy, and compliance.
- Plan local sales strategies to grow business and improve productivity.
- Handle escalations and support team in closures.
Skills Required:
- Strong field sales & team-handling experience
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Market awareness of Delhi region
- Target-driven and self-motivated
