Job Summary:
A Field Sales Manager leads a team of sales representatives working in the field. They plan sales activities, monitor performance, help the team achieve targets, and build strong customer relationships in their assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Plan and assign sales activities in the field.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to achieve targets.
- Meet key customers and support the team in closing sales.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and share sales reports with management.
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
