Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Team Leader supports the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations, helps lead the sales team, and ensures sales targets are achieved. This role focuses on customer service, team coordination, and driving overall sales performance. 

Key Roles:

• Guide and support the sales team in daily activities.
• Help the team achieve their sales targets.
• Train team members on products and sales skills.
• Monitor performance and share feedback.
• Handle customer queries and ensure good service.

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
