Job Summary:

The Insurance Manager oversees daily insurance operations, manages the sales team, ensures compliance with company policies, and drives growth by achieving insurance sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the insurance sales team.
• Develop and implement insurance sales strategies.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to agents and staff.
• Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Identify business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
