Job Summary:
The Frontline Sales Manager is responsible for promoting company products/services, generating sales, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves field visits, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Roles:
- Lead and supervise the frontline sales team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Support and coach team to improve performance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor sales activities and prepare basic reports.
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
