Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager supports the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations, helps lead the sales team, and ensures sales targets are achieved. This role focuses on customer service, team coordination, and driving overall sales performance.
Key Roles:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Create and present business proposals.
- Achieve sales and growth targets.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback from customers to the sales team.
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
